Each session will include discussing practical strategies, actionable insights and reflective discussions to support you on your journey. We aim to provide you with the support and tools to achieve your personal goals.

How long does mentoring take?

The ideal session length and frequency honestly depends on your goals. We tend to find that shorter, more frequent sessions work best for practical mentoring, allowing you to apply what you learn and discuss your experiences. Typically, we start with a one-hour exploration call, followed by 8 half-hour sessions over 4-6 weeks, which can give you a great start and make some tangible progress.
